Born in 1976, in the Lyon bourgeoisie, he watched his mother create clothes for the family. She initiated him very quickly and he drew his first creations with old fabrics found in the family attic. After graduating in 1997, with his diploma in hand and a strong desire to make a name for himself, Alexis Mabille began his training at Nina Ricci and Ungaro, then at Dior. The road to the creative summit takes shape when John Galliano hires him in the prestigious house and entrusts him with the creation of accessories, costume jewelry, lingerie and tights. With the arrival of Hedi Slimane in the house, Alexis is also associated with the creation of Dior men's jewelry, refining his personality and his work, sharpening his imagination and his technique. Then, Alexis Mabille participates in the collections of other fashion houses, such as Saint Laurent and Lancôme, always for the accessories part, in particular in a line of frames of glasses. With his experience in international houses, he decides in 2005 to fly on his own wings by creating his own house, Impasse 13.
